Legal Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support e-Discovery projects, the full-time remote Legal Solutions Consultant will oversee project planning and implementation, drive sales of e-Discovery services, and leverage existing client relationships to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending client meetings and phone conferences
• Guide team processes to ensure consistency and optimization, including milestone reviews and meeting management
• Build and manage detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including budget control and progress reporting

Required qualifications

• Strong, senior-level experience with the Relativity platform
• Established relationships with past and present clients to bring in e-Discovery work
• Ability and desire to generate new business, with training and resources provided
• Experience in risk management, including critical path analysis and identifying potential bottlenecks
• Skills in managing technical specifications for new customer products and enhancing existing platforms
