Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Solutions Specialist to support the Complex Torts industry group.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between practice practitioners and enterprise support functions
• Establish and manage the end-to-end practitioner experience platform, including standards and quality
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across various teams to support client delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client services, business development)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and anticipate client needs
• Experience in designing solutions and implementing improvements
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
