Job Summary

Providing interim legal support, the part-time Contract Legal Specialist will manage employment-related matters, compliance, and litigation across various business units in a remote setting for a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal and compliance support across multiple business units
• Support employment-related matters, including investigations and litigation
• Partner with HR and legal counsel to manage investigations and mitigate legal risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or compliance function
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field
• Experience supporting employment law, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, cross-functional organizations
