Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Specialist - AI Training (Part Time, Freelance, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases to validate reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Law, Legal Studies, Public Policy, or Political Science
• Strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting skills
• Fluent in compliance concepts and able to identify missing facts affecting outcomes
• Exceptional attention to detail with a minimum C1 English proficiency
• Previous experience in AI data training/annotation, legal editing, or QA is preferred
