Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Team Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of a team of Project Attorneys to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
• Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with training specialists
• Monitor call performance and provide quality assurance feedback using a standardized scorecard

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in staff management, development, and performance coaching; exposure to legal field preferred
• Skilled in workforce coordination, documentation, and procedural updates
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field a plus
