Legal Tech Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Tech Analyst to support the development and automation of legal and compliance frameworks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document jurisdiction-specific contract-logic mappings for automation in legal and compliance systems
• Design and maintain compliance risk registers that align with legal obligations and internal policies
• Collaborate across legal, compliance, and engineering teams to embed rules into business processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, legal tech, compliance, or regulatory analysis
• Familiarity with jurisdictional contract requirements and legal rule structuring
• Hands-on experience developing or managing compliance risk registers or regulatory control systems
• Ability to transform legal documents and regulatory guidance into logical, structured formats
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Air table, Confluence, or CLM/GRC systems
