Job Summary

Leading a skilled team in a fully remote environment, the US Team Lead for Legal Application Managed Services will ensure client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and continuous improvement, while managing team operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and budget-conscious service delivery
• Oversee team management responsibilities, including hiring, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to report on client issues and present the company's capabilities to clients

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products or in a law firm/legal services environment
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proficient in project management and coordination tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
• Intermediate knowledge of project life cycle management from inception to completion
