Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Transcriptionist/Editor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated transcriptions of legal depositions for accuracy and completeness
• Edit and proofread transcriptions to correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy of legal terminology and maintain adherence to style guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• College degree or court reporting/transcription certification preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines while focusing for extended periods
• Familiarity with legal terminology and jargon
• Computer literate and comfortable with new technologies
• Portfolio demonstrating language skills and attention to detail is a plus
