Legal Transformation Director
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Legal Transformation Solutions Director, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, drive sales cycles, and ensure the successful delivery of legal transformation initiatives for senior legal leaders globally.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead legal transformation conversations with C-level and senior management clients
- Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and increase revenue across broader service lines
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level or senior executive level, with 5+ years in account management or relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence at all organizational levels
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
