Legal Transformation Solutions Director

Job Summary

Legal Transformation Solutions Director is a full-time, remote position responsible for developing client relationships and leading legal transformation initiatives while collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and lead legal transformation discussions with C-level executives and senior management
• Drive sales growth for Legal Transformation Services and collaborate with other service lines
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consultative sales experience with C-level and senior executives
• 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on needs
• Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
