Legal Translator and Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Polish to/from English - Legal Translator, Editor, and/or Transcriber (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate, edit, and transcribe legal documents and audio files from Polish to English and vice versa
• Edit legal documents and audio transcriptions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal terminology
• Review and certify the quality of other translators' work as needed

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and willingness to undergo a government background check for Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in legal documentation, translation, and/or editing
• At least 3 years of experience in audio transcription using relevant software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAT tools, such as Trados
