Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linguist - U.S. Citizens - LEGAL translator, editor, or transcriber - 1099 contractors - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform legal translation services for a United States Government client
• Utilize CAT tools for translation, editing, or transcription tasks
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to legal terminology in translations

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience providing professional language services to governmental clients
• Bachelor's degree in a foreign language, linguistics, or a comparable field
• Extensive legal language service experience
• Advanced proficiency in English and the target foreign language(s)
• Availability during 9-5 EST for on-demand assignments
