Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and drive product usage, the full-time remote Legal Trial Specialist will conduct training sessions, maintain relationships with clients, and compile success reports focused on CoCounsel and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to demonstrate the value of CoCounsel
- Drive trial usage and gather user testimonials to support product adoption
- Compile and report on trial success metrics during and after each trial period
Required qualifications
- J.D. or equivalent legal experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly over the phone
- High degree of professionalism and customer-centric focus
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
