Position Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing legal team, manage external legal resources when needed
• Participate and guide data privacy and security practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Develop and implement comprehensive legal compliance programs, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 10+ years private or public company experience in-house or with a law firm and a desire to move-in house
• Extensive SaaS experience
• Experience leading corporate governance
• Expertise managing complex data and privacy compliance matters
