Job Summary

A company is looking for a LegalView Specialist to manage virtual legal video events remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage remote legal video events across multiple time zones
• Operate and monitor video conferencing platforms and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation while providing technical support during events

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in the court reporting or legal services industry preferred
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and proficiency with OBS Studio or willingness to learn
• Experience with remote event coordination or video editing is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain HIPAA compliance
