Job Summary

A company is looking for a Word Processor to provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and format documents using various applications
  • Input and revise MS Office documents and create master captions/Proofs of Service
  • Perform quality checks on all work and manage document conversions and formatting
Required Qualifications
  • College coursework or equivalent experience in a legal secretarial field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional
  • Experience with document management systems like iManage Work (DeskSite) preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with merge applications, macros, and document formatting software
