Legal Workflow Participant

Job Summary

To optimize tools used in modern legal practice, active members of a legal team will participate in a remote, contract-based study where they will demonstrate their daily workflows, manage case files, and provide feedback on operational processes during a 60-minute video call.

Key responsibilities

• Join a 60-minute remote video call with a moderator to share and demonstrate daily legal workflows
• Narrate actions and explain decision-making processes while showcasing typical workflow tasks
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of current tools and software used in legal practice

Required qualifications

• Currently employed as a paralegal, legal assistant, or practicing attorney
• Hands-on experience managing day-to-day legal workflows or case files
• Comfortable sharing your screen on a video call (with sensitive client data redacted)
