Legislation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation process for clients in the U500, O500, and National Market, the full-time remote Client Implementation Legislation Analyst will manage legislative compliance for medical, dental, and vision accounts by overseeing reviews, creating reports, and providing expertise to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct ePro & CIT reviews to ensure legislative requirements are incorporated correctly
• Create B&C Legislation reports for downstream partners and support the Implementation Manager with plan design and administration questions
• Provide leadership from a legislative perspective for projects and maintain departmental quality and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities, including benefits and customer service
• 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships and resolving issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Knowledge of legislation and compliance preferred
