Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legislative Information Specialist who monitors and communicates legislative and regulatory developments in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and interpret state and federal legislative and regulatory activity related to healthcare
  • Summarize and communicate key legislative trends and policy updates to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a centralized database of healthcare legislative and regulatory changes by state/jurisdiction
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; Bachelors preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in legislative/regulatory tracking, preferably in healthcare or education
  • Experience with regulatory agencies or state licensing boards is desirable
  • Basic understanding of legislative and regulatory processes for assigned jurisdictions
  • Proficiency in legal/regulatory tracking software and Microsoft Office
