Legislative Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legislative Information Specialist who monitors and analyzes legislative and regulatory developments in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and interpret state and federal legislative and regulatory activity related to healthcare
• Summarize and communicate key legislative trends and regulatory changes to internal stakeholders
• Maintain a centralized database of healthcare legislative and regulatory changes by state/jurisdiction

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; Bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years of experience in legislative/regulatory tracking, preferably in healthcare or education
• Experience in a healthcare learning company, regulatory agency, or state licensing board is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legislative language
• Experience with quality functions to ensure accuracy of statutes and regulations
