Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lender Placed Operations Specialist will manage client accounts, process premium payments, and resolve complex issues while collaborating with clients and outsourcing centers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and work client mailboxes, addressing urgent issues within established guidelines
- Research and analyze exception items from various sources, including reports and client correspondence
- Assist in leading projects by gathering data and participating in conference calls for process improvements
Required qualifications
