Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lender Services Specialist - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate required documents for insured transactions and enter fees for closing disclosures
• Field lender inquiries and requests, providing timely responses and documenting submissions
• Process lender requests and deliver Title Commitment packages to clients and agents

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of title processing experience and familiarity with real estate transaction lifecycle
• Proficiency with title processing software and MS Office
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly and accurately
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
