Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage TRID disclosure timelines
Monitor ECOA compliance and perform interest rate lock reconciliations
Conduct compliance testing and assist with regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Encompass
Familiarity with MCR and HMDA submissions
Knowledge of TRID disclosure timelines
Experience with FHA Connection and VA's VALERI systems is a plus
Understanding of lending operations and compliance processes
