Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fintech or lending with a focus on infrastructure transformation
• Experience with automated underwriting and decisioning systems design
• Proven ability to scale infrastructure in high-growth environments
• Strong partnership skills with Engineers to influence technical decisions
• Ability to build processes and systems from scratch in ambiguous situations
