Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading operations strategy initiatives independently
• Experience in online lending or fintech environments is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field is required
• Advanced credentials like an MBA, JD, or CRCM are a plus
