Lending Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Operations Specialist to manage the bridge loan process remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the bridge loan cycle, including loan setup, disclosures, and closing document preparation
• Gather required documentation and ensure compliance with submission requirements for timely loan processing
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide loan status updates and resolve closing issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent closing experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience with cash-out refinance transactions within the last 12 months
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline of loans, approximately 50 to 60 per month
• High school diploma or equivalent required
