Lending Program Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Lending Program Performance (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative learning and development solutions for diverse partner and lender audiences
• Manage, coach, and mentor a remote instructional design and performance consulting team
• Develop and maintain learning assets, curricula, and best practices aligned with enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in fostering teamwork and creating accountability
• Demonstrated knowledge of the credit union/financial services industry
• Three or more years of experience in a learning and development, training, or coaching environment
• Proven success in collaborating and influencing cross-functional groups on large projects
