Lending Services Representative

Job Summary

Supporting customers throughout the loan application process, the full-time Lending Services Representative will manage loan applications, verify documentation and eligibility, and maintain customer records in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and following up on outstanding documentation
• Maintain accurate loan files and customer records within internal systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or a related field is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan administration, lending, or related financial services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
• Experience within the agricultural industry or agricultural lending is considered an asset
