Lending Support Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Lending Support Analyst will perform pre-funding quality audits, manage loan servicing tasks, and conduct operational quality reviews in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre-funding quality audits to ensure compliance with lender policies and monitor for potential fraud risks
• Research and resolve escalated concerns related to lender partners and servicing vendors while generating scheduled portfolio reports
• Conduct periodic reviews of loan documents and borrower communications to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in loan servicing, loan processing, risk operations, or quality assurance at a financial institution or fintech
• Familiarity with basic lending, credit, banking, and fintech industry regulations and processes
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and basic Mac navigation
• Experience with ZenDesk and LoanPro environments preferred but not required
• Ability to create a dedicated workspace and maintain focus in a remote work environment
