Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Lending Support Specialist will process incoming support requests via chat, email, and phone, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while managing support tickets and communicating updates to requestors.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and fulfill incoming support requests, logging tickets in JIRA and assigning them to the appropriate team's queue
  • Monitor open support tickets, follow up with teams for updates, and communicate status to requestors
  • Perform routine administrative and reporting duties as assigned
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or related operational support roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance, compliance, or business preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, or compliance environments is highly preferred
  • Ability to facilitate training and support internal and external partners on compliance requirements
