Lending Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Responsible for the administration and support of loan documentation and imaging platforms, the full-time Lending Systems Administrator will manage LaserPro and Identifi configurations, ensure compliance, and resolve user issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure the LaserPro loan documentation platform, including document templates and compliance updates
- Oversee the Identifi imaging platform, maintaining document structures and supporting audit requests
- Monitor system performance, implement upgrades, and lead projects for process improvements related to lending systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Four to seven years of experience administering lending systems in a banking or financial services environment
- Experience with LaserPro or a comparable loan documentation platform and an enterprise imaging platform like Identifi
- Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, including loan documentation requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data validation and issue tracking
