Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 1 IT Support professional to provide frontline technical assistance remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support for common IT issues, including password resets, account lockouts, and basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications
  • Manage user provisioning and access requests, including onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Document ticket resolutions and maintain internal documentation while improving ticket handling processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of IT support experience, including help desk or desktop support
  • Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365 applications at a user-support level
  • Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting and basic identity management concepts
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues clearly
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, such as Wi-Fi and VPN
