Job Summary
A company is looking for a Level 1 IT Support professional to provide frontline technical assistance remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for common IT issues, including password resets, account lockouts, and basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications
- Manage user provisioning and access requests, including onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Document ticket resolutions and maintain internal documentation while improving ticket handling processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of IT support experience, including help desk or desktop support
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365 applications at a user-support level
- Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting and basic identity management concepts
- Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues clearly
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, such as Wi-Fi and VPN
