Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Agent - L1.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking support assistance through the ticketing system
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and determine the best solution for customer issues
- Keep tickets updated with progress and follow up on customer status and information
Required Qualifications
- IT background with a preferred educational background in IT or engineering
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
