Job Summary

A company is looking for a MS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and share technical solutions with customers and team members
• Interface with customer's technical and business team members
• Guide customers in decision-making related to problem resolution or escalation

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate understanding of network design
• Knowledge of firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet
• Experience in task and incident management
• Certifications such as CCNA or ACSA are an advantage
