Job Summary
Providing remote technical support for corporate stakeholders, the contract Level 2 IT Support Technician will manage CRM marketing platforms, ensuring efficient operations for engineering teams and business users while addressing service tickets and user onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Level 2 technical support for CRM products and marketing operations
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolutions for access management and platform issues
- Train staff on CRM and marketing platform usage, processes, and best practices
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM and marketing technology platforms in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Citrix, Braze, Smartling, Sageflo, and ServiceNow
- Minimum of 3 years of large corporate enterprise IT support experience
- Associate's degree or relevant technical certification required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong experience in issue triage, root cause analysis, and escalation management
