Level 2 Network Administrator

Job Summary

Providing advanced network monitoring and troubleshooting in a full-time remote capacity, the Level 2 Network Administrator will manage escalations from Level 1, perform in-depth diagnostics, and ensure the reliability of network infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues, escalating unresolved problems to the Level 3 Network Lead
• Conducts daily monitoring of network health and initiates proactive remediation to prevent outages

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
• Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
