Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive systems administration support, the full-time Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator will manage development, test, and production servers while performing daily network monitoring and troubleshooting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administers and troubleshoots development, test, and production servers, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance
• Performs daily monitoring of network systems, initiating proactive measures to maintain connectivity and load balance
• Creates instructional guides and provides technical training to assist systems users effectively

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in administering and troubleshooting network systems and servers
• Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and compliance with licensing standards
• Ability to evaluate and implement solutions for systems functionality and performance
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology
