Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst-Remote, US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 end user support via various channels, including administration of user accounts and connectivity issues
  • Support Office 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, Active Directory/Azure, Okta, MFA, and other administrative functions
  • Manage onsite deskside ticket queues and develop client-specific documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk, Onsite Support, or call center IT support environment
  • Experience with Fresh Service ticketing platform is required
  • Technical proficiency with Windows, Office, MAC iOS, and Mobile Device Management technologies
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Okta, O365, MFA, and networking concepts
  • College or technology school degree preferred
