Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst-Remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT Support team for troubleshooting and support
  • Provide white glove end-user experience and manage ticket queues
  • Create and maintain client-specific documentation and training materials

Qualifications and Education:
  • 1-4 years of experience in Service Desk or IT support
  • Technical proficiency in Windows, Office, iOS, and networking concepts
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, and call center metrics
  • Experience with ticketing and call center applications
  • College or technology school degree preferred
