Job Summary
A company is looking for a Level 2 Engineer, Legal Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalation support for Level 1 engineers and manage end user, server, and infrastructure issues
- Support legal document workflows and handle incidents with elevated urgency due to legal client deadlines
- Document legal IT concepts and maintain team runbooks specific to legal client environments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managed services or IT support, with at least 2 years in an L2 or escalation support role
- Prior experience supporting law firm clients or in a legal IT role
- Familiarity with legal practice and document management platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Active experience with RMM platforms for alerting and remote sessions
