Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 2 Engineer, Legal Vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalation support for Level 1 engineers and manage end user, server, and infrastructure issues
  • Support legal document workflows and handle incidents with elevated urgency due to legal client deadlines
  • Document legal IT concepts and maintain team runbooks specific to legal client environments
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managed services or IT support, with at least 2 years in an L2 or escalation support role
  • Prior experience supporting law firm clients or in a legal IT role
  • Familiarity with legal practice and document management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Active experience with RMM platforms for alerting and remote sessions
