Job Summary

Providing advanced application development and 24x7 production support, the full-time Level 2 Support Engineer will develop and support .NET-based applications, collaborate on scalable solutions, and manage deployments in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support .NET-based applications using Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to design scalable, high-performing solutions
  • Provide L2 production support, including incident resolution and escalation management
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in .NET development and full-stack technologies (including AngularJS, Node.js, Java, jQuery)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Linux environments
  • Experience with distributed systems, messaging platforms (Kafka), and observability tools (Elastic stack)
  • Advanced expertise in SQL performance tuning
