Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Business Level Support for incidents related to systems and processes
• Oversee day-to-day support functions and coordinate with internal and external partners
• Monitor shipment processes and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related quantitative discipline
• Five (5) years of related professional experience
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and brokerage practices
• Previous international experience preferred
• Strong basic management and analytical skills
