Level 3 Network Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Level 3 Network Lead will provide senior network engineering oversight, operational leadership, and escalation management within a 24/7 NOC, ensuring effective response to complex network issues and supporting the Cyber Backup network environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the highest escalation point for complex network issues, providing expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Oversees daily NOC operations, ensuring consistent monitoring, alert triage, and proactive remediation of network issues
• Owns major network incidents from detection through resolution, leading post-incident reviews and coordinating with cross-domain teams

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Deep expertise in network engineering, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment
• Strong background in incident management and operational reporting
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
