Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Level 3 NOC Team Lead will manage escalation processes, mentor junior staff, and ensure the reliability of Windows and Linux/Unix systems in a 24/7 remote Network Operations Center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the highest on-shift escalation point for complex technical issues across Windows and Linux/Unix systems
- Oversee daily NOC operations, ensuring consistent monitoring and proactive system health checks
- Own major incidents from detection through resolution, leading post-incident reviews and driving long-term remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination
- Deep expertise in Windows and/or Linux/Unix systems administration
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment
- Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis
- U.S. Citizenship and residency required, with the ability to work rotating shifts
