Leveraged Loan Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leveraged Loan Trading and Loan Servicing Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end operations of leveraged loan trading, including primary and secondary market transactions
• Own (investigate and resolve) backlog of aged trades and servicing related breaks
• Coordinate the loan closing and settlement process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in leveraged/syndicated loan trading and servicing operations
• Experience in primary and secondary loan trading lifecycle activities and workflow
• Hands-on experience in operations roles related to trade and transaction processing
• Familiarity with core platforms such as ClearPar, ACBS/LoanIQ/WSO, and SyndTrak
• Analytical skills to review and resolve complex aged breaks
