Liability Adjuster - State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster - CST/MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity
• Conduct thorough investigations of liability claims, reviewing damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Negotiate claims settlements with various stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation of the claims process

Required Qualifications:

• Must obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets within 60 days of hire
• A dedicated workspace that is private and free from distractions
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
• Ability to work a schedule between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM local time, Monday through Friday
• Experience in claims processing or familiarity with insurance policies is preferred
