Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Analyzing General Liability and Auto Liability Property Damage claims, the full-time Liability Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex customer claims while working in a hybrid environment from Marlton, NJ, or remotely, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction
• Home state licensing preferred
