Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing GL, BI, Auto, and Premise liability claims, the full-time remote Liability Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while ensuring adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdictions and home state licensing
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
