Job Summary

Liability Claims Representative - CA, OH, IN, KY Licensed, full-time position responsible for analyzing and processing liability claims, negotiating settlements, and communicating with clients and claimants.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification related to the line of business preferred
• Experience with GL, Auto, BI, Property, Premise, and Product claims
• Home state licensing required for CA, OH, IN, KY jurisdictions
