Job Summary

Overseeing a team of claims professionals, the full-time Liability Claims Supervisor will manage liability and casualty claims while providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with company standards in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of liability claims adjusters, conducting performance reviews and ongoing training
• Monitor claims handling activities for compliance and review complex claims to provide strategic guidance
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding claim performance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience in liability, casualty, or bodily injury claims
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices and litigation management
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
